In the 1/16 finals of the challenger in Porto, Russian tennis player Andrey Kuznetsov will play against Yoshihito Nishioka from Japan.
The 26-year-old representative of Japan is in very bad shape and has already lost six matches in a row. The last time Nishioka failed at Wimbledon. On June 28 , in the 1/64 finals , Yoshihito lost in four sets to Emil Ruusuvuori from Finland – 2:6; 2:6; 6:4; 4:6.
The 31-year-old Russian tennis player, in turn, has already lost three matches in a row. Last week, Kuznetsov played unsuccessfully at the challenger in Malaga. In the 1/16 finals , Andrey unexpectedly lost in three sets to Yuki Bhambri from India – 6:4; 4:6; 1:6.
Andrey Kuznetsov and Yoshihito Nishioka played together at the Ilkley Challenger in 2015. Then on the grass Kushnetsov was stronger in two sets – 7:6 (7:2); 6:3.
In this match, Yoshihito Nishioka is considered a clear favorite by bookmakers, but Kuznetsov also plays pretty well on the ground, and therefore it is quite possible to bet more than 20.5 games on the total here.
