Tennis forecast: Alexander Bublik - Robert Bautista-Agut

Erber was able to recoup and reach the score 2:2, but immediately after that Bublik made two more consecutive breaks and eventually closed the set with a score of 6:2.

The 33-year-old representative of Spain, in turn, the day before yesterday in the 1/8 finals just started at the tournament in Montpellier. At the same time, Bautista-Agut did not even play a full match against Frenchman Gilles Simon. There was a good fight in the first set. Bautista-Agut immediately made a break and went out to score 3-0, but in the middle of the game Simon was able to win back. Nevertheless, at the end of the game, Bautis-Agut made a second break and eventually won the set with a score of 6:4. In the second set, Simon and Bautista-Agut exchanged breaks again, and in the middle of the game, with the score 3:2 in favor of the Spaniard, Gilles could not continue the game due to injury.

Alexander Bublik and Roberto Bautista-Agut played together twice, it was in 2016 and last year. The first meeting was left for the tennis player from Kazakhstan, her Bagel won 2-0 in sets. But last year the Spaniard was already stronger. At the Doha hard court tournament, Bautista-Agut won the match in two sets – 6:4; 6:3.

Forecast

Alexander Bublik is now far from being in the worst shape, as evidenced by his results. But Bautista-Agut did not always look stable in the match with Simon. In this meeting, the Spaniard is a clear favorite, but if Bublik can show a good game again, he can at least impose a tight fight on the Spaniard, if not to make a sensation.
