In the first round of the playoffs, Gambit Esports coped with Heroic without much difficulty, winning 16-11 on Inferno and 16-10 on Vertigo, and after that it turned out to be stronger than Team Liquid, but already on three maps: 16-14 on Inferno, 13-16 on Vertigo and 16-2 on Overpass. The "Gambits" were one step away from the grand final, which means that they have already secured the top 4 for themselves.
Team Vitality
Team Vitality will definitely not fall below the fourth place, but this is not enough for it, since there is only one goal - to win the tournament, which will be the second in a row for ZywOo and the company. Before that, the Bees won the IEM Winter 2021, easily beating Ninjas in Pyjamas in the final (3-0), and also finished in second place at the BLAST Premier Fall Final 2021, losing in the decisive match to Natus Vincere (1-2). At the current tournament, Team Vitality won two 2-0 victories, closing Astralis and G2 Esports.
Forecast
Once again I give preference Team Vitality, which found itself at the end of the year and reached the decisive matches at the previous two tournaments. Gambit Esports also has two wins in the current tournament, but does not play as confidently as the bees.
