Polish team 9INE lost the first match of BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023 9:16, unable to cope with Liquid, who almost failed the candidates tournament. The Poles lost in the match collectively, showing that their current version of Overpass is raw. In attack, they could not diversify their game by announcing novelties or at least hints of them. The defense also lacked coordinated actions, which led to defeat.
The current format of the Major and the selection to the stage of Legends does not necessarily reflect the real state of affairs, so it will not be surprising that the Polish squad can concede in the next game, and then leave the tournament altogether, going home without any moral satisfaction.

GamerLegion quite predictably lost to Natus Vincere in the first BLAST match.tv Paris Major 2023, losing with a score of 10:16. It is worth noting that GamerLegion had some chances in the second half, but they could not cope with their nerves and gave away rounds where they were clear favorites in terms of position and purchase.
GamerLegion still has very good chances to somehow catch on to the playoffs, for them the next match will be decisive and the bet on it is definitely being made.
Having shown a relatively good performance against the Ukrainian team, the European team is an angry and offended beast, which, with a successful map for itself, will be able to show a high level of CS.

Bookmakers single out the Polish team as the favorite, but this is a clear underestimation after what GamerLegion showed in the fight against the Ukrainian team.
