Description
Роман Александрович Шишкин родился 27 января 1987 года в Воронеже. Начал заниматься футболом в родном городе в школе местного “Факела”. В 8-м классе переехал в Москву, где сумел добиться места в академии “Спартака”.В 2004 году он дебютировал за первую команду “красно-белых”, однако не сумел впечатлить тренерский штаб, которые сослали его в дубль. В конце 2005 года вновь начал привлекаться к основному составу и спустя некоторое время сумел закрепиться там. 12 сентября 2006 года дебютировал в Лиге чемпионов, выйдя на замену в матче с мюнхенской “Баварией”. В начале 2009 года он, начав терять место в составе москвичей, которой тогда руководил Валерий Карпин, перешёл в годичную аренду в самарские “Крылья Советов”. А летом 2010 года перебрался на постоянной основе в “Локомотив” за полмиллиона долларов.
7 августа 2010 года он дебютировал в составе “железнодорожников” в матче Премьер-лиги против самарских “Крыльев Советов”. Юрий Сёмин, тогдашний тренер “Локо”, остался очень довольным игрой Романа и Шишкин на долгие годы закрепился в основном составе “Локомотива”, не давая поводов для поиска другого правого защитника под основу.
24 марта 2007 года Шишкин дебютировал в национальной сборной России в матче против Эстонии. После этого он сыграл ещё 7 матчей за сборную. В 2012 году он попал в число 35-ти футболистов, претендующих на поездку на ЕВРО-2012, однако из-за проблем с желудком он был отправлен на лечение, после чего в ряды национальной команды больше не вызывался.
