Бибарс Натхо родился 18 февраля 1988 года в израильском Кфар-Кама. Для занятий футболом перебрался в Тель-Авив, где поступил в футбольную школу "Хапоэля". В 18-летнем возрасте стал привлекаться в основной состав команды, но регулярно играть начал только со второго сезона в команде.В марте 2010 года его контракт был выкуплен казанским "Рубином" за 650 тысяч долларов, а в следующем году он был признан лучшим игроком команды, по мнению болельщиков. В конце 2013 года Натхо отказался продлевать контракт с казанцами по причине увольнения Курбана Бердыева с поста главного тренера команды. Новой командой Бибарса стал греческий "ПАОК", с которым он подписал контракт всего на полгода.
Летом 2014 года подписал 4-летний контракт с московским ЦСКА, в составе которого дебютировал 17 августа в матче против "Спартака" (0:1), а уже в следующем туре отметился первым забитым голом в составе новой команды, причём забив в ворота своей бывшей команды, казанского "Рубина".
С юношеских лет привлекался в сборные Израиля своих возрастных групп. В составе национальной сборной своей страны дебютировал в 2010 году, надолго став игроком основного состава.
